Invisible reCAPTCHA added to forms

Having a form on your website is convenient in that it allows you to capture information from your customers. However, it also opens you up to potential spam. There is no way to prevent an actual human from submitting a form. So if a person wants to spam you, they will always be able to do so. But, there are ways to prevent automated bots from submitting your form and spamming you (or at least make it very difficult to do so).

OcularCMS comes with the following built-in spam prevention features.
  • reCAPTCHA v1: (support for this has been discontinued by Google, so it is no longer available)
  • reCAPTCHA v2: Google's 2nd version that validates users with the "I'm not a robot" checkbox.
  • reCAPTCHA Invisible: Google's latest version with all the same protection, but completely invisible.
  • Stealth: a proprietary feature that hides the form from bots.
Using one of these will reduce or even eliminate spam from your forms. Try it out today.
