New theme added: layered

We've added a new theme to the mix. It contains 4 different levels of sections on the home page, and a consistent window at the top of each sub page. And as always, it comes in 4 variations that can also be infinitely customized as desired. And the background images of each section (and page window) can be swapped out with your own.
